One of our customers had asked us to evaluate their existing Batch Oven's performance and identify areas of improvements. By observing a full day of production, we were able to pinpoint immediate improvements that can be implemented. Once implemented, the improvements help our customer reduce their cycle time by at least 20%. We were also able to calculate utility cost and presented to our customers, ways to optimize their batch oven.
