A client had asked us to design a prototype industrial control equipment that was to be used as part of a packaging equipment. This project was a 6-month commitment, but we were very proud of the results and the customer was very impressed.
Another long-term project was for APS to provide our expertise in helping the customer adapt lean manufacturing methodology in their everyday operation as well as provide them advise on restructuring their existing engineering troubleshooting technique and career development.
